The Role
We're looking for a hybrid Post Producer / Editor who can straddle both sides of the post-production world: managing complex pipelines and jumping on the tools when needed. This is a mid-level role-perfect for someone who understands the full post process and enjoys editing a variety of formats, from social cutdowns and reels to internal videos and podcasts.
You'll coordinate across live action, motion, 2D/3D, and VFX projects, making sure workflows are efficient, tools are compatible, and handoffs between artists are seamless. At the same time, you'll be a hands-on partner to our creative team, editing social content, case studies, sizzles, and other projects that keep the studio running.
What you'll do
Post Production
- Oversee the post pipeline across live action, animation, 2D/3D, and VFX projects-ensuring workflows, tools, and handoffs are set up for success.
- Partner with directors and PMs during pre-pro to flag post needs early, shaping shoots and planning for smooth delivery.
- Manage project budgets end-to-end alongside our producer: build estimates, track costs, process invoices, and maintain accurate budget reports.
- Create and manage timelines that keep teams aligned and deliveries on track.

- Resource projects effectively, sourcing internal and external talent as needed.
- Coordinate feedback and approvals, communicating clearly between creative leads and artists.
- Ensure high standards of quality control and delivery across all formats.
- Edit a range of content: social assets, cutdowns, resizes, reels, case studies, podcasts, and internal projects.
- Support senior editors with prep, cutdowns, and finishing, while being self-sufficient on standalone edits.
- Collaborate with creative and motion teams to bring editorial needs to life with the right graphic or motion assets.
- Handle finishing, QC, and delivery of video assets.
- Maintain organized project files and oversee archiving/unarchiving processes.
- 2+ years in post-production and editorial at a studio, agency, or production company.
- Solid understanding of post-production pipelines, workflows, and software (Familiarity with After Effects, Cinema 4D, Nuke, Blender, etc.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills-you keep teams aligned and projects on track.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, handle tight deadlines, and problem-solve.
- Hands-on editorial skills-enough to deliver polished, professional content across a variety of mid-level formats.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and a sharp eye for detail.
- Collaborative spirit to bring post-production workflow knowledge across departments to build a stronger, more integrated creative process.
- Have working knowledge of 2D animation in After Effects and can enhance edits with light motion when needed.
- Bring a network of freelance editors or motion artists you've collaborated with and trust.
- Can take projects through finishing touches in sound and color, ensuring editorial work feels polished and complete.
