Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports multiple client accounts by developing and executing a wide range of marketing activities including social media management, website updates, digital advertising, content creation, and design. This role serves as a dedicated marketing resource for approximately five clients, representing both association and industrial sectors. The Marketing Coordinator ensures all client work aligns with brand standards, strategic goals, and measurable results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Campaigns Develop, schedule, and manage social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms. Track engagement, monitor audience activity, and provide performance reports. Coordinate paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms. Website & Content Management Update and maintain client websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms. Write and edit content for blogs, news posts, and other digital resources. Implement basic SEO practices to improve content visibility and performance. Design & Creative Development Create digital and print materials including social graphics, ads, event flyers, and brochures. Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines and visual identity. Collaborate with internal designers or vendors on larger creative projects. Marketing Communications Draft newsletters, email campaigns, and press releases tailored to each client’s audience. Support event and membership marketing initiatives for association clients. Assist with content calendars and editorial planning. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly analytics and activity reports for assigned clients. Identify key insights and opportunities for campaign optimization. Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across all assigned accounts. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency with marketing and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Basic understanding of SEO and digital ad metrics. Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple clients and priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Work Environment Fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Position may require occasional travel for client meetings or events.
