- The Learning Content Designer develops engaging learning materials that meet defined learning objectives, follow adult learning principles, and adhere to established instructional design processes.
- This role collaborates with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create and update content for various audiences, including technical and non-technical learners.

- Experience evaluating learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods.

- Identify common learning needs across audiences and adapt content accordingly.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create or update content for various roles including engineers, support teams, and sales teams.
- Work with multimedia teams to develop or modify media assets.
- Manage content development milestones, risks, reviews, and quality assurance.
- Monitor deliverables through implementation, translation, and launch phases.
- Provide regular project updates.
- Evaluate learning content to improve design and workflow efficiency.

- Minimum college degree required (Instructional Design, Education, Science, or Engineering preferred).
- Master's in Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology.

- Experience in biotech or medical device organizations.
- Familiarity with SFDC, networking concepts, remote troubleshooting tools, and user management tools.
