The Learning Content Designer develops engaging learning materials that meet defined learning objectives, follow adult learning principles, and adhere to established instructional design processes. This role collaborates with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create and update content for various audiences, including technical and non-technical learners. Requirement/Must Have:
bility to sign off on applicable content. Experience designing and developing instructor-led training, assessments, and eLearning. 3-7 years of relevant professional experience. Experience delivering training in a classroom or professional setting. Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders. Experience evaluating learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods. Responsibilities:
nalyze learner needs and define measurable learning objectives. Identify common learning needs across audiences and adapt content accordingly. Collaborate with SMEs to create or update content for various roles including engineers, support teams, and sales teams. Work with multimedia teams to develop or modify media assets. Manage content development milestones, risks, reviews, and quality assurance. Monitor deliverables through implementation, translation, and launch phases. Provide regular project updates. Evaluate learning content to improve design and workflow efficiency. Should Have:
bility to present clear solutions and drive cross-functional alignment. Skills:
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Smartsheet or similar project management tools. rticulate Rise. rticulate Storyline. Camtasia. Qualification and Education:
Minimum college degree required (Instructional Design, Education, Science, or Engineering preferred). Master's in Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology. dobe Creative Cloud proficiency. Experience in biotech or medical device organizations. Familiarity with SFDC, networking concepts, remote troubleshooting tools, and user management tools.
