Responsibilities of Instructional Design Contractor
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and target audience.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to determine appropriate instructional strategies.
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, one-pagers, and assessments.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create engaging learning experiences.
- Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning content, such as graphics, animations, videos, and interactive simulations.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and relevance.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
- 3? years proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in learning tools and platforms (bonus: experience using Docebo and Articulate Rise/Storyline).
- Experience with multimedia development tools ?Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards .
