Responsibilities of Instructional Design Contractor
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and target audience. Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to determine appropriate instructional strategies. Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, one-pagers, and assessments. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create engaging learning experiences. Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning content, such as graphics, animations, videos, and interactive simulations. Work closely with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and relevance. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning. Requirements for Instructional Design Contractor
3? years proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development. Knowledge of adult learning theory. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in learning tools and platforms (bonus: experience using Docebo and Articulate Rise/Storyline). Experience with multimedia development tools ?Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) Knowledge of accessibility standards .
