Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to contribute to the design and development of commercial land development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing all aspects of site design, including:
- Site layout
- Grading and drainage calculations
- Utility design
- Stormwater management
- Erosion and sedimentation control
- Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in civil design.
- Hands-on experience in site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sedimentation control.
- Prior experience working on commercial land development projects.
