- Master's degree in music or at least 18 hours towards a graduate degree in music
- Minimum of two years of related work experience and/or relevant training
- An understanding of the importance for diversity, inclusion and equity
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in fast paced work environment
- Doctorate degree in music
- Experience teaching at the university level
- Evidence of the ability to recruit and retain a quality students
