BCS operates in Bangkok’s most vulnerable neighborhoods, providing humane trap–neuter–return (TNR), medical support, field rescues, and community education. The project partners with temples, slum communities, and local residents to reduce suffering, stabilize cat populations, and create long-term, community-led solutions. BCS is preparing a series of

to support its fundraising, crowdfunding, and public outreach activities. We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us turn our raw footage into compelling stories that convey the urgency and impact of the work we do. Role Overview We are looking for a

Volunteer Video Editor & Light Graphic Designer

to help create 1–3 short explainer videos (typically 1–3 minutes each). These videos will help donors and supporters understand the realities of cat welfare in Bangkok and the life-saving role of our TNR and field rescue teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative storytelling, has strong editing instincts, and wants to make a tangible difference for animals and communities. What You’ll Be Working With Volunteers will receive access to organized video assets via a cloud folder, including: Footage from

real TNR operations Field rescues and emergency interventions Mobile clinic procedures and behind-the-scenes work Interviews with

discussing the cultural and welfare importance of BCS B-roll of neighborhoods, street cats, volunteers, and community interactions Photos, logos, and graphic materials Script outlines and narrative goals from our leadership team You will help shape these materials into polished, emotionally compelling explainer videos optimized for donors, crowdfunding platforms, social media, and PR. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the BCS team to shape

storyboards , narrative flow, and messaging Edit raw footage into cohesive, high-quality 1–3 minute explainer videos Add transitions, light motion graphics, titles, captions, and call-to-action elements Assist with basic color correction and audio clean-up Incorporate still photos, graphics, and branding elements Create short cut-downs for social media if possible Provide creative input and recommendations throughout the process Qualifications Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills (titles, lower thirds, end screens) Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity Ability to work with mixed footage and varying sound quality Comfort collaborating asynchronously with a small team A passion for animal welfare, community impact, or documentary-style storytelling is a plus Time Commitment Flexible, typically
