Industry Computer Software Type Privately Held, VC-backed Founded 2019 Employees 51-200 Funding $51-$75 million About the Role The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to lead our customer acquisition initiatives. This senior position is crucial in driving our growth engine and focusing on scaling demand generation strategies across multiple channels to effectively target and convert mid-market customers. In this role, you will: Lead the design and optimization of multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns. Build and scale organic growth loops while developing targeted programs to increase market presence and accelerate product adoption. Champion conversion optimization and lifecycle management to enhance customer retention. Measure, forecast, and report on key growth analytics to ensure full accountability and transparency. We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 12 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in B2B tech or product-led organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in targeting mid-market companies, specifically those with 500 to 1,000+ employees. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strategic insights throughout the full-funnel marketing process. A product-led growth mindset. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills. Exceptional communication and inspiring leadership abilities, with a knack for collaboration across diverse teams. This role includes working closely with cross-functional teams and aligning various stakeholders around common growth objectives.
