The Company is looking for a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to lead its global marketing strategy, with a particular emphasis on expanding market presence in the U.S. The ideal candidate will craft a visionary marketing roadmap and oversee the execution of a comprehensive range of marketing functions, including brand strategy, messaging, demand generation, events, paid media, public relations, and content development. This pivotal role seeks a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven history in full-funnel B2B marketing, particularly within consulting or services environments that target enterprise technology clients.
The Director of Growth Marketing will play a critical role in shaping the company's messaging to technical buyers while establishing systems that drive consistent and measurable growth. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of B2B marketing experience focused on the U.S. market, and possess a deep understanding of senior decision-makers in product, engineering, or design roles at software product companies.
This position requires a leader who can effectively generate marketing-driven sales pipelines, oversee both internal teams and external vendors, and demonstrate a strong editorial and content instinct. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot, is crucial. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and have a proven track record of executing impactful marketing campaigns and events. Experience with ABM strategies, managing executive events, and a background in PR and brand campaigns will be highly regarded.
