Our client is seeking a dedicated Lead Technical Writer to join their team. As a Lead Technical Writer, you will be an integral part of the Documentation and Modernization Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to documentation challenges, aligning seamlessly with the organization's innovative culture.

What's the Job?
Lead documentation efforts for modernization initiatives, ensuring smooth migration from legacy platforms to a modern platform. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for approximately 45 applications across multiple product teams. Create onboarding materials that enable new team members to quickly understand application functionality, ecosystem placement, and installation impacts. Collaborate with other teams to align documentation with modernization goals and timelines. Work closely with product teams to capture application workflows, dependencies, and integration points, supporting training, scalability, and knowledge transfer for over 150 team members over 1 year. What's Needed?
Proven experience as a Lead Technical Writer in consumer technology or enterprise environments (7+ years). Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation. Familiarity with legacy systems and modernization processes.
