We believe creativity fuels healing—and we provide opportunities for young patients to explore art, music, writing, performance, and other creative disciplines as a source of strength and resilience. Role Overview The
Learning Experience Designer (LxD)
plays a key role in developing engaging, interactive learning experiences for volunteers and internal teams. This role blends instructional design, multimedia, and AI-enhanced personalization to create modern, user-centered learning journeys that support organizational growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive learning modules, training videos, digital guides, and other instructional materials. Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to streamline content creation, personalize learning paths, and improve clarity and accessibility. Collect and analyze learner feedback to identify gaps, refine materials, and enhance learner engagement. Collaborate closely with HR, Admin, and cross-departmental teams to ensure training aligns with organizational needs. Research and experiment with new learning technologies, formats, and platforms to elevate the overall training experience. Maintain organization and version control of training resources within shared digital systems. Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, LxD, training development, multimedia design, or a related field. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learner-centered development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital learning platforms (LMS experience preferred but not required). Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools—or willingness to learn (training provided). Creative problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
