Instructional Design Coordinator
develops structured learning programs and training materials that strengthen organizational knowledge and support volunteer and staff development. This role combines traditional instructional design practices with modern AI tools to create engaging, accessible, and impactful learning resources. Key Responsibilities Design and develop training scripts, guides, and multimedia content for volunteers and staff Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft, refine, and enhance instructional materials Manage and maintain knowledge repositories and learning management systems Collaborate with HR and department leads to align training with organizational needs and goals Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure clarity, engagement, and effectiveness Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or related fields Strong skills in content creation, instructional design, or educational technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools (preferred, training available) Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Why Join Us?
