Learning and Development Instructional Designer:
On behalf of our Learning and Development client, Procom is searching for a Learning and Development Instructional Designer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Southlake office.
Learning and Development Instructional Designer - Job Description: This role involves designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences, leveraging AI technologies to enhance instructional design. The focus is on developing interactive modules using advanced e-learning authoring tools, ensuring training solutions align with learner profiles and organizational objectives.
Learning and Development Instructional Designer - Responsibilities: • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences. • Utilize AI technologies to enhance instructional design and learner engagement. • Develop interactive modules using tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. • Conduct audience analysis and needs assessment. • Plan, execute, and evaluate learning initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and recommend solutions. • Facilitate knowledge transfer and manage cross-functional teams.
Learning and Development Instructional Designer - Mandatory Skills: • At least 5 years of experience in instructional design. • Proficiency in AI technologies for instructional design. • Advanced skills in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. • Experience with Intake and/or Change Management. • Expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment. • Strong program or project management background. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Learning and Development Instructional Designer - Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with emerging technologies and methodologies. • Background in fostering innovation in training delivery. • Experience in accessible learning solutions. • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Learning and Development Instructional Designer - Assignment Length: This is a 12-month contract position with a possible extension.
