Our client is currently seeking an Instructional Designer - Mid-Level
Job Title: Instructional Designer
Location: Southlake, TX/Austin, TX
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract to Extend)
Requirements: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success supporting delivery for concurrent projects" Confidence dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment High Proficiency with MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)"" Proven experience (5+ years) in Learning & Development with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences. Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to enhance instructional design, content personalization, and learner engagement. Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, with a proven track record of developing interactive modules. Previous experience with Intake and/or Change Management Demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment, ensuring training solutions are tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives. Strong background in program or project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives. Consultative experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate knowledge transfer, manage cross-functional teams, and support organizational learning strategies. Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation in training delivery and assessment.
