Provide direct instruction in Braille reading and writing to students with visual impairments Adapt classroom materials into accessible formats using Braille and assistive technology Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to support access to the general curriculum Conduct assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload Promote student independence in academic, daily living, and mobility skills as appropriate What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education with a focus on Visual Impairment or equivalent certification Valid state certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) Proficiency in Braille instruction and the use of assistive technology for visually impaired learners Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for equitable education Your Expertise Is Essential-And We're Here to Make Sure It's Recognized Our team is dedicated to helping educators like you do your best work in the right environment.
