bout the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Video Conference Support Engineer
to join our global AV/Video Conferencing support team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade video conferencing solutions across multiple platforms and technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of hybrid meetings, webinars, and virtual events, while providing advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade video conferencing solutions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.). Manage and oversee operations of hybrid meetings, webinars, and virtual events across multiple time zones. Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues during live events and high-profile meetings. Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Security teams to optimize AV infrastructure and maintain compliance with organizational standards. Manage vendor relationships for AV hardware, software, and support services. Develop and enforce SOPs for video conferencing support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Provide training for clients and junior engineers on best practices and emerging technologies. Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend upgrades or new tools. Technical Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
Strong expertise with
Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex
and enterprise AV infrastructure. Experience with
Poly Clariti, Crestron, Polycom codecs, Logitech codecs
(implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support). Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot
Polycom and Logitech video conferencing devices . Experience creating and delivering
detailed project documentation
for both operations and customer reference. Proficiency in
troubleshooting complex AV solutions
involving mixed media technologies. Good-to-Have:
Knowledge of
Polycom and Logitech
hardware setup and maintenance. Experience with
reporting and analytics
related to AV operations. Behavioral Competencies
