About the Role
The
Field Marketing Manager
is a highly visible, cross-functional role that translates central product marketing strategy into revenue acceleration. You will own the planning and execution for all field marketing channels - including owned events, third-party sponsorships, virtual events, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer Success Teams, this role will be responsible for building brand awareness and category leadership for Neon One, while simultaneously driving conversion through high-touch field execution.
Key Responsibilities Execute a field marketing strategy aligned with marketing objectives and sales/partner goals. Plan, manage, and host events, including high-impact in-person events and high-ROI virtual programs. Concept and deliver scalable enablement programs that empower sales and partner teams to effectively articulate the Neon One value proposition to the field. Ensure seamless pre-, during, and post-event processes and experiences. Collaborate with sales and partner teams to identify target accounts, tailor messaging, and design account-specific campaigns. Collaborate with partner marketing teams to support joint initiatives with key technology alliances and channel partners. Design and implement ABM strategies to support high-value partner acquisition and adoption, creating personalized programs to drive engagement and conversions. Partner with content and digital teams to develop assets such as landing pages, emails, and personalized outreach materials for field and ABM programs. Monitor the performance of field and ABM campaigns, analyzing metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, and engagement rates. Manage the field and partner marketing budget, ensuring all programs deliver measurable results. Must Haves
5+ years of Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, or similar experience. Proven ability to design, manage, and execute comprehensive event strategies (both in-person logistics and high-ROI virtual programs like webinars). Experience owning and executing partner marketing initiatives (co-marketing, co-selling enablement). Strong analytical mindset with experience tying field marketing activities to measurable business outcomes (MQLs, Win Rates, ROI). Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, capable of translating strategic messaging into clear, compelling sales and partner collateral. Partner program design and management experience. Great to Haves Experience building GTM programs targeting SMB or mid-market customers. Familiarity with the nonprofit technology ecosystem or experience marketing to mission-driven organizations. Comfort in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where priorities shift. Passion and curiosity for AI and its role in streamlining field marketing processes and customer engagement. Growth mindset: open to coaching, resilient through change, and motivated to drive impact. Hands-on experience with key technologies, including event platforms (Wistia/Zoom/Ring Central), ABM tools (6sense/AdRoll ABM), Salesforce, and business intelligence software (Metabase).
