Social Media Moderator for OPB (age 18+)

Each year, hundreds of volunteers help OPB fulfill its mission of connecting people across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest through the power of a shared story.
Help OPB connect with the community!
Ensure that our social media page reflects our expectations for engagement and alert us if a community member posts a question for one of our reporters.
We have shifts available seven days a week during the morning, afternoon, and evening. Training is provided. If you have access to a computer/laptop, email and internet,

you can do it all from the comfort of your own home!

We are unable to accommodate service requirements related to court mandates, academic assignments, unpaid internships, graduation requirements, housing or treatment programs, or other outside organizations.
Opportunity Requirements:
Volunteers must be

18 years of age or older

to participate in this opportunity
Must reside in the U.S. or Canada
Participate in a 45 min. training over Zoom
Commit to at least one 3-hour shift per week, minimum 3 months

Active working time is usually 1-1.5 hours per week within a 3-hour shift
