We are seeking an early-career

Technical Writer I

to support the organization at our Fremont and Great Oaks locations. In this role, you will transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You'll collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, managers, and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to develop and enhance Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation-including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-impact documentation that supports operational excellence.

Responsibilities Collaborate with SMEs (technicians, engineers, managers) to gather, analyze, and validate technical information. Develop, write, and update IMS documentation using established templates and standards. Create clear, structured documentation outlines and content flows. Edit, proofread, and revise documents for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style and branding guidelines. Incorporate graphics, diagrams, screenshots, and visual aids to support procedural understanding. Manage documentation projects, including timeline planning, status tracking, and risk escalation. Gather feedback from end users, support teams, and SMEs to continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation. Ensure compliance with corporate branding, legal, and regulatory requirements. Use Agile methodologies or the Agility platform to support documentation workflows. Requirements

1-3 years of relevant technical writing experience; open to recent graduates eager to learn. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, research abilities, and interviewing skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams. Familiarity with documentation tools, templates, and structured writing best practices. Knowledge or experience with Agility is a plus. Preferred Qualifications
