Requirements

Experience & Education Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive roles is helpful, but not required - we'll train the right person. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive or service certifications are a plus. Technical Knowledge

Interest in learning about automotive maintenance and repair processes. Ability to clearly explain vehicle information and service recommendations in everyday language. Guest Service Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to create positive guest experiences and handle questions or concerns with professionalism. Sales & Consultation

Comfortable discussing products and services to help guests make informed decisions. Motivated by goals and opportunities to earn performance-based incentives. Organization & Time Management

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Organized and dependable in maintaining service records and schedules. Problem-Solving & Collaboration

Resourceful and calm under pressure when solving guest or service challenges. Works well independently and as part of a supportive team. Technology Skills

Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership or scheduling software is a plus. Willingness to learn digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency. Dependability & Professionalism

Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing quality work. Professional appearance and ethical conduct in all guest interactions. Flexibility

Available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays. Adaptable to changing priorities and guest needs in a dynamic environment.
