What You Will Do
Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that articulate the value of a deeply technical AI/ML platform.
Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including messaging, enablement, and external announcement strategy.
Translate complex technical capabilities into customer‑friendly benefits and market‑ready narratives.
Build and maintain sales enablement materials—pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, battlecards, and more.
Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis to inform go‑to‑market strategy.
Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams to refine messaging based on real feedback.
Produce thought leadership content such as blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and industry insights.
Establish repeatable GTM processes, playbooks, and workflows as the company scales.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of product marketing experience within AI/ML, SaaS, enterprise software, or a technical B2B environment.
Demonstrated ability to turn complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
Experience supporting or leading full product launches and GTM strategy.
Strong storytelling skills—clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication.
Background in market research, competitive analysis, and positioning strategy.
Successful track record working in early‑stage or 0→1 product environments.
Familiarity with CRM or automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
Preferred
Experience working closely with AI/ML teams or marketing highly technical enterprise solutions.
Prior work developing thought‑leadership content or representing a brand externally.
Ability to collaborate closely with founders and executives in a high‑velocity environment.
Experience building GTM processes from scratch.
Compensation and Benefits and Other Things
Competitive salary of $160,000 – $220,000 depending on experience.
Meaningful early‑stage equity.
High ownership in a foundational role shaping company narrative, positioning, and GTM strategy.
