This is a unique opportunity to design breathtaking residential outdoor living environments that integrate custom pools, patios, planting layouts, and lifestyle features with a modern aesthetic. Key Responsibilities
Client Collaboration: Work closely with homeowners and the sales team to design personalized, luxury outdoor spaces.
Design Execution: Create pools, patios, lighting plans, plantings, and full outdoor environments using tools like AutoCAD, VIP3D, and SketchUp.
3D Visualization: Develop immersive renderings that clearly communicate vision and layout.
Construction Drawings: Prepare build‑ready plans including grading, layout, lighting, planting, and materials.
Material Selection: Specify finishes, plants, and outdoor furnishings that match the Evoscapes brand.
Project Coordination: Partner with construction managers and vendors to ensure design intent is realized during build.
Trend Research: Stay current with design trends, materials, and technology in the outdoor living industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in residential outdoor or pool design preferred (emerging designers with strong portfolios welcome).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Structure Studios (VIP3D), SketchUp, LandFX, or equivalent tools.
HIS license is
preferred .
Excellent spatial design sense and familiarity with plant selection and material balance.
Solid understanding of construction methods and translating designs into real‑world builds.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and cross‑functional teamwork.
Self‑motivated with a genuine passion for landscape and outdoor living design.
