Job Overview Evoscapes is Southern California’s premier luxury outdoor design-build firm, and we’re looking for a seasoned Sales Consultant to help elite homeowners turn their outdoor dreams into stunning realities. In this high-impact role, you’ll guide clients from initial consultation through to signed contracts, collaborating with top-tier designers and backed by a streamlined construction team. With a steady stream of warm leads, high close potential, and a commission structure with no cap—this is your chance to thrive in a role built for relationship-driven pros who love the art of the sale and the beauty of design.

Responsibilities

Client Consultations: Meet with qualified leads to explore their vision, lifestyle needs, and investment goals.

Sales Leadership: Present premium outdoor solutions with clarity, design insight, and trust-building professionalism.

Collaborative Design: Work closely with our in-house design team to craft proposals that reflect our luxury standards.

CRM Management: Track all client interactions, proposals, and opportunities through Pipedrive.

Pipeline Mastery: Maintain consistent communication and guide homeowners through every step of the sales journey.

Market Insight: Stay updated on trends, materials, and innovations to elevate proposals and value engineering.

Close with Confidence: Achieve and exceed sales targets—project values typically range from $250K to $1M+.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven success in high-end landscape, pool, or outdoor living sales.

Strong grasp of the design-build process, including construction sequencing and customer expectations.

Polished communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage affluent clientele.

HIS License preferred.

Familiarity with reading design plans and 3D renderings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).

Proactive, organized, and driven to exceed expectations.

Professional appearance and presence consistent with the Evoscapes brand.

High school diploma or GED required; further education is a plus.
