Mews
This is a pivotal leadership role for Mews as we enter our next phase of hypergrowth. Were seeking a Global Head of Marketing to lead our 70-person marketing organization through a period of unprecedented scale and complexity.
Youll oversee a sizable marketing program budget (growing 40% year-over-year) while driving pipeline growth that outpaces our investment increases. This role combines the strategic thinking of a marketing leader with the hands-o n execution needed to navigate multiple acquisitions a major brand refresh and expansion into new markets - all while our business grows 50% without proportional headcount increases.
Due to a majority of this team being based in Europe you will need to be based in either the East Coast or Central time zones.

Scale Performance Marketing Excellence : Transform our paid marketing engine across multiple products segments and global markets turning a 40% budget increase into
40% pipeline growth
Thread the brand needle : Continue toleveragethe Mews brand as a marketing accelerator whilst balancing performance and PR.
Lead Through Complexity : Navigate multiplenew products and M&Aacquisitions while executing a website rebuild and brand refresh (will be just some of the complex challengesyoullstart with)
Lead as a Force Multiplier : Build a high-trust high-performance culture where technical excellence and human connectionarenttrade-offs. Your team should describe you as someone who makes them better marketers and better leaders
Drive Strategic Integration : Ensure marketing attribution covers both direct and influenced pipeline
Build for the Future : Develop the next layer of marketing leadership to support our path through Series D to IPO readiness
Champion Innovation : Lead our evolution toward product-led growth (PLG) whilemaintainingour strong brand-driven approach in new markets especially North America

Performance Marketing Mastery : Proventrack recordmanaging $10M marketing budgets with measurable ROI across multiple products and global markets
Brand Growth Hybrid : Ability to mobilize strong brands within performance-heavy campaigns especially for market expansion; experience planning and executing large global customer / partner events.
PR / Comms Background : Knowledge of impactful PR channels / networks and ability to weave together multiple productsand multiple acquisitions into a cohesive dynamic communications strategy
Fintech / Payments Expertise : Deep understanding of consumption economics embedded payments or significant exposure to fintech business models (non-negotiable for success)
B2B SaaS Leadership : Experience leading large marketing teams (50 people) in global B2B SaaS environments with multiple products and segments
Hyperscale : Were growing fast here at Mews we need to understand that you can too with a demonstrated track record of working in hypergrwoth businesses with 50% growth rates and $xxx million in revenue.
Analytical Leadership : Hyper-analytical approach to budget allocation attribution modeling and ROI optimization across complex multi-touch customer journeys
Ability to scale : Demonstratedability to achieve step-function growth through process optimization technology and leadership development rather than team expansion
Leadership Legacy : Your former team members actively seek you out for their next roles and you can point to specific examples of peopleyouvedevelopedwhovegone on to significant leadership comfortable presenting to the C-suite and mentoring an early-career marketer - people across all levels describe you as someone who made them better
