About the Role: Reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaborating closely with our design, strategy, and brand management teams, the Social Media Content Creator plays a critical role in conceptualizing, producing, and executing engaging social content across multiple brands. You’ll craft compelling visuals, videos, copy, and campaigns that showcase creativity, drive engagement, and elevate the digital presence of our diverse portfolio.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Create thumb-stopping content. Ideate, produce, and edit short-form videos, graphics, and written posts optimized for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Grow multiple brands simultaneously. Develop tailored social strategies and content calendars for 5–10 brands across varying industries and audiences.
Drive engagement and performance. Monitor social analytics, identify trends, and adjust content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Stay culturally fluent. Track trending audio, formats, memes, and platform updates to create relevant and timely content.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Design, and Web teams to align content with brand identity, product launches, and broader marketing initiatives.
Be adaptable and fast-moving. Manage multiple deadlines, quickly turn around edits, and pivot creative direction as brand needs evolve.
About You: Required Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
A portfolio or content samples demonstrating video editing, graphic creation, storytelling, and platform fluency
Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing software
Deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behavior
Ability to juggle multiple brand voices, adapt quickly, and bring creativity to fast-paced, results-driven environments
Strong writing skills and the ability to craft compelling copy for a variety of tones and audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience managing social channels in an agency or multi-brand environment
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary of $65,000–$70,000 commensurate with experience
Flexible, hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
