About the Role: Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Social Media Manager plays a key role in creating compelling posts and visuals, developing and executing a cohesive content strategy, managing daily publishing and engagement, and using data to continually refine performance across our portfolio. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and strategist, someone who can plan from scratch, move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution within multiple platforms, and ensures social presence reflects the creativity, expertise, and innovation of each company within WFOGen. If you’re someone who enjoys “owning” social media strategy across a variety of platforms in a fast-paced, start-up environment, this is the position for you. Core Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute content and social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms Produce, edit, and publish high-quality videos tailored to target audiences Plan and manage events from concept to execution, including promotion, logistics, and post-event coverage Optimize brand presence through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques and campaigns Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Engage with online communities to encourage conversation, answer questions, and promote brand loyalty Work cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team and internal operations teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals About You: Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience managing social media campaigns, ideally across multiple industries Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and strong knowledge of other major platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, X) Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and bonus if familiar with Adobe Creative Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey strategy and results to clients and internal teams Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an agency or multi-client environment Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary of $65,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience Flexible, hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Opportunity for learning, growth and advancement in a high energy, collaborative environment Health benefits and PTO package Legal work authorization in the United States is required for consideration for this position.
