We’re looking for a smart, reliable college senior to support light marketing and sales tasks focused on LinkedIn growth, research, and automation. This is a flexible role (5 hours per week) that’s perfect for someone who wants hands‑on experience in digital marketing while building real portfolio skills. It does require high responsiveness.

What You’ll Do
Research LinkedIn profiles, companies, and content trends
Identify & message potential leads, prospects, or partnership opportunities
Follow and engage with relevant industry conversations
Post comments or short insights using brand voice guidance
Draft LinkedIn posts for review (or post directly once trained)
Assist with managing a small LinkedIn Company Page
Track followers, reach, and engagement
Suggest content ideas based on platform trends
Help with light outreach tasks
Assist with message templates, CRM notes, and follow-ups
Document workflows and improve simple processes
Learn basic AI workflows (we will train you)
Use tools to speed up posting, researching, and reporting
Experiment with lightweight task automation
Must be comfortable messaging and replying to LinkedIn DMs with a fast turnaround. Must be comfortable posting on LinkedIn.

How to generate leads using social platforms
How to use AI for content, research, and workflow efficiency
Real‑world exposure to marketing, sales, and agency operations
This role gives you portfolio‑worthy accomplishments and highly employable skills.
Who You Are
A college senior (any major is fine!)
Strong writer with good judgment and a professional tone
Comfortable posting regularly on social media
Curious about marketing, growth, or sales
Organized, reliable, and responsive
Eager to learn automation and AI tools (no experience required)
High responsiveness is vital. Must reply to emails within a few hours and handle tasks same-day (on business days).
5 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Month 2 – $12/hour
Month 3+ pays $15+ per hour
Fully remote
