Position Summary
The Marketing Project Manager (MPM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment. This role serves as the central hub between creative, social, video, content, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns, deliverables, and initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and with clarity. Success in this role is measured by the ability to keep projects moving without bottlenecks, maintain team alignment, and proactively manage priorities. The Marketing Project Manager is instrumental in improving processes and enabling the creative department to scale as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Workflow Management
Scope out projects and campaign needs based on creative briefs and business goals.
Build and manage project timelines across design, video, social, writing, and other teams.
Assign tasks, set milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
Use project management software (e.g., Monday.com) to track status and keep stakeholders informed.
Cross‑Team Collaboration & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients (regional marketing, brand managers) and creative team members.
Facilitate kickoff meetings, reviews, feedback loops, and handoffs.
Translate business needs into clear action plans for creative execution.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
Process & System Optimization
Develop and implement streamlined systems for creative intake, prioritization, approvals, and revisions.
Standardize internal processes for recurring needs such as seasonal campaigns, print collateral, and paid ads.
Continuously track and improve turnaround times, communication clarity, and production efficiency.
Accountability & Reporting
Monitor progress across active initiatives and identify risks or bottlenecks proactively.
Prepare weekly status updates summarizing key milestones, blockers, and forecasts.
Report on team velocity, on‑time delivery rates, and creative capacity.
Success in This Role Looks Like
Campaigns and creative requests are executed on‑time with minimal disruption.
Creative team members have clear expectations, timelines, and scope.
Operational leaders and regional marketers feel informed and supported.
Project timelines, deliverables, and approvals are proactively managed.

Qualifications Qualifications
Required
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
Strong proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and simultaneous timelines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with a solution‑focused mindset.
Preferred
Experience in multi‑brand environments or franchise structures.
Prior experience working with creative teams (design, video, social media).
Knowledge of marketing and advertising workflows.
Experience leading creative stand‑ups, sprint planning, or retrospectives.
