Midtown Manhattan, NYC The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the execution of marketing and communications initiatives by managing project timelines, coordinating cross-team workflows, and ensuring creative and campaign assets are delivered accurately and on time. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping complex projects moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project and campaign schedules, task assignments, and assets within Monday.com. Track progress, collect status updates, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Serve as a communication hub between the Marketing & Communications, Resource Development, Community Impact, and Strategic Initiatives teams. Coordinate internal approval processes and manage feedback loops with stakeholders. Support vendor engagement, including communication and workflow coordination when needed. Generate reports using Monday.com, including workload summaries, cross-departmental requests, and team performance analytics. Manage creative workflows to maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets. Partner with the Director, Creative to support the production of marketing materials, campaign assets, and design deliverables. Assist in producing design collateral such as one-pagers, signage, and branded templates. Maintain and organize photo, video, and design asset libraries to ensure easy access and proper file management. Collaborate across teams to align creative output with campaign goals and organizational messaging. Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Collaborate with the Senior Director, Marketing to support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and print channels. Track campaign milestones, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution. Compile post-campaign performance reports including insights, metrics, and recommendations for future improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in marketing project management or communications coordination. Experience managing creative workflows and timelines using project management tools (Monday.com preferred). Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, synthesize feedback, and keep projects moving efficiently. Familiarity with design and content production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution best practices.
