What You Will Do
Lead the full end-to-end design process—from initial concept, user flows, and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and production-ready design assets.
Translate complex AI and machine learning capabilities into clear, intuitive interfaces that delight users.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and research teams to define problems, explore solutions, and ensure seamless execution.
Conduct user interviews, research, and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate design directions.
Build, own, and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across applications.
Prototype rapidly and iterate quickly based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Champion exceptional user experience and advocate for user-centric decisions in product strategy discussions.
Ideal Candidate
6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or an equivalent role.
A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, polished visual execution, and experience creating intuitive flows for complex or data-heavy systems.
Deep experience using modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research.
Experience conducting user research and synthesizing findings into actionable design insights.
Comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving startup environments; strong ownership mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
Preferred
Prior experience designing interfaces for AI/ML-driven products.
Experience building or managing a design system from scratch.
Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, data visualization, or workflow-heavy applications.
Strong interaction design and prototyping capabilities.
