Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Multimedia Manager to lead the development and execution of engaging multimedia content across our digital channels.
  • This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong technical foundation and excellent project management skills, who can manage the full lifecycle of digital assets from concept through production, delivery, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, produce, and edit video content for use across web, social, and digital platforms using enterprise video platform.
  • Build responsive HTML email templates and ensure accurate rendering across major email clients and devices.
  • Design and manage display ad creative in a variety of formats.
  • Ensure that all digital assets are consistent with brand guidelines, meet technical specifications, and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with optimization, UX, marketing and external partners to deliver high-quality creative on schedule.
  • Monitor performance of multimedia assets and provide insights to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Stay current with emerging digital design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media, multimedia production, or a comparable role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in video production and editing.
  • Strong technical skills in HTML/CSS with experience coding and testing responsive email templates.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with display advertising specifications across platforms (Google Display Network, programmatic, paid social).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
