Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and detail oriented Marketing Technology Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to support digital transformation initiatives across marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have broad exposure to the marketing technology ecosystem including campaign platforms, analytics, personalization tools, and customer data platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to define and manage complex business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Analysis

Understand complex challenges and using research, personal experience, and business assessment capabilities to clearly define problems, identify opportunities, and drive innovative new ideas.

Recommend actionable prioritized next steps to make a big impact on customer needs and goals.

Collaborate with marketing product and technology teams to gather and document business requirements for Martech solutions.

Analyze complex marketing workflows and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Define data flows, integration points, and dependencies across platforms such as CRM, CMS, CDP, and analytics.

Marketing Technology Expertise

Work across a broad Martech stack including marketing campaign management, personalization, analytics, and automation tools.

Understand marketing operations, customer journeys, segmentation, and targeting strategies.

Support platform evaluations, capability assessments, and solution recommendations.

Solution Design & Delivery Support

Partner with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.

Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and UAT to ensure requirements are met.

Create wireframes, process flows, and documentation to support implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to refine requirements and validate solutions.

Provide clear and concise reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in marketing technology or digital transformation.

Strong understanding of Martech platforms, data models, and campaign operations.

Experience defining and managing complex requirements across cross‑functional teams.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, display advertising, PPC, etc.).

Knowledge on content strategy and execution covering social media.

Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Knowledge of web analytics and key metrics (bounce rate, average time on site, CPA, CPC, etc.).

Understanding of UX/UI aspects in marketing funnels.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the insurance domain or other regulated industries.

Exposure to platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, or CDPs.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance considerations.

Pay Transparency Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales‑oriented or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $90,000‑$95,000 per year.
