We are looking for a Sr. Creative Producer/Strategist obsessed with advertising, fluent in performance, and excited about how AI and new media reshape creative production. You’ll live at the intersection of creativity, data, and storytelling — helping Jerry craft work that captures attention and drives measurable business results across the full funnel.
What You’ll Do
Generate and shape creative concepts rooted in advertising fundamentals, optimized for paid social, CTV and emerging channels.
Partner with media and growth teams to translate performance data into actionable creative direction.
Lead production of high‑performing ads (short‑form video, UGC, influencer collaborations, static, TV, etc.), ensuring both speed and quality.
Develop creative briefs and testing frameworks that connect learnings with creative hypotheses across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
Analyze and synthesize performance results, distilling insights into storytelling opportunities and driving iteration and scale.
Lead agency relationships and channel partners to maximize creative output, collaboration, and performance alignment.
Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts, ensuring Jerry’s creative stays fresh, relevant, and effective.
Build and manage a creative pipeline, balancing speed and craft while ensuring assets are aligned with growth goals.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.
Share learnings and best practices across the team, turning creative testing into a scalable, repeatable playbook through data‑informed process.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in advertising, creative production and/or creative strategy — ideally within performance‑driven environments.
Proven track record producing or directing high‑performing creative for paid channels (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV, etc.).
Strong grasp of what makes creative perform: hooks, pacing, iteration, testing frameworks.
Experience leading agency and production partners to maximize output quality, collaboration, and performance alignment is a plus.
Analytical comfort — interpret data and use it to refine creative direction.
AI fluency — comfortable experimenting with generative tools to streamline workflows, analyze data, or expand creative possibilities.
A deep passion for advertising and storytelling.
Understanding of full‑funnel marketing, from brand awareness and consideration messaging to conversion‑focused assets.
Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast‑paced environments.
Bonus: experience in both agency and growth contexts (especially at app‑based or DTC brands).

Compensation & Benefits The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job‑related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Compensation may include equity grants.
