About The Role Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Marketing Program Specialist to join our Americas Portable Metrology Division marketing team. This role focuses on leading integrated digital and field marketing programs to drive demand, awareness, and pipeline for the Portable Metrology Division in the Americas. Responsibilities include strategic planning, digital campaigns, content development, social engagement, and event marketing to support revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with Demand Gen, Sales, PR, and Channel teams and involves partnering with global marketing teams to ensure brand and campaign alignment.
Responsibilities
Support marketing campaigns across digital and field channels.
Drive regional events including trade shows, customer days, and webinars.
Develop engaging digital content and storytelling aligned to business priorities.
Manage social media presence and activate employee advocacy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Sales, PR, and Channel teams.
Utilize AI tools and analytics platforms to optimize performance and output.
Partner with global marketing teams to ensure brand and campaign alignment.
Manage vendors, budgets, and performance metrics for campaigns and events.
Maintain marketing platforms like Salesforce and Cvent.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with expertise in digital and field marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven success in managing marketing campaigns that generate pipeline impact.
Experience with marketing platforms such as 6sense, Jasper, ChatGPT, HubSpot.
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal oversight.
Familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial technology sector preferred.
Work Environment This role involves extensive collaboration via digital tools and travel for event and field marketing support. Frequent use of office equipment and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required during event setup. Standard business hours with occasional extended hours during peak event seasons.
