Marketing Operations Specialist
Location:
Remote (any U.S. office) with up to 10% travel.
Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support North American operations.
About the Role The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to support demand generation across the Portable Metrology Americas marketing team. You will act as the digital backbone of the field marketing function, bringing operational discipline and digital execution excellence to campaign planning and delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with field marketing managers to activate and optimize integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and intent‑based channels.
Build audience segments using 6sense, Pardot engagement scoring, and Salesforce CRM insights to support ABM strategies.
Ensure clean execution of campaigns through accurate UTM tagging, lead routing, and digital tracking protocols.
Manage campaign operations in platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pardot, and Salesforce.
Support the implementation and optimization of Conversica (or equivalent) for lead nurturing automation.
Interpret campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, MQL, pipeline impact) and recommend tactical adjustments for improvement.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to optimize lead management workflows and conversion visibility.
Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and SOPs to support operational consistency and scalability.
Work cross‑functionally with divisional global marketing operations, data governance, and IT to maintain system integrations and uphold data integrity.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation within a B2B technology or industrial company.
Proven proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, and marketing analytics tools.
Hands‑on experience with campaign execution in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with marketing workflow tools such as Monday.com (or similar).
Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from performance data and propose optimizations.
Understanding of lead funnel processes, scoring, and nurture workflows.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience working cross‑functionally.
Self‑starter with a passion for process improvement and marketing technology.
Work Environment This role involves extensive collaboration via digital tools for event and field marketing support along with frequent use of office equipment.
