Overview Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH, Sales & Marketing LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a marketing specialist with 3 or more years of experience for a contract-to-hire role with a manufacturing client. Hybrid in Bucks County, PA; 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home. Responsibilities Lead and enhance the use of the Salesforce CRM platform to support efficient lead capture, qualification, assignment, and tracking across integrated marketing and sales workflows. Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor funnel performance, evaluate campaign ROI, and track key sales enablement metrics. Manage and organize digital sales collateral within SharePoint, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with sales team needs. Manage version control and updates for sales playbooks, pitch decks, and proposal templates across Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Coordinate logistics for tradeshows and industry events, including registration, booth setup, and preparation of promotional materials. Capture and import event leads into Salesforce with accurate tagging, segmentation, and routing for timely follow-up. Partner with Customer Care to design and execute aftermarket campaigns targeting existing customers, leveraging Pardot and Salesforce for list segmentation, automated email journeys, and performance analysis to drive retention and upsell opportunities. Maintain and organize marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign archives within Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Health and Science, or related fields. Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM, with expertise in lead management, reporting, and campaign performance tracking. Hands-on experience with Pardot, marketing-qualified lead (MQL) frameworks, and best practices in marketing automation. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success managing CRM-integrated campaigns and driving lead engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate cross-functionally. Experience 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, sales enablement, or CRM-focused role.
