Graphic Designer Job at Windfall, Inc. in Missoula

Windfall, Inc. is a full-service marketing agency headquartered in Missoula, MT, with a second office in Helena. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who brings ideas to life with sharp design instincts and a strong sense of craft. This role supports brand, digital and campaign work across Montana tourism and a wide range of client projects. You will help shape visual stories that feel authentic, modern and rooted in place.

Brand and Campaign Design

• Create visual assets for integrated campaigns across digital, social, print and out of home
• Work within established brand guidelines and help evolve them with fresh design solutions
• Concept and execute layouts, illustrations and graphic systems that fit each project’s strategy

Digital Design

• Develop social content, website graphics, UI elements and motion-friendly assets
• Prepare files for developers and collaborate with the digital team through handoff

Production and Asset Management

• Prepare print-ready files, build mechanicals and ensure color accuracy
• Organize project assets and maintain clean working files
• Assist with photo and video selection to support creative direction
• Work closely with creative directors, writers, producers and developers
• Present work in a clear and confident way
• Respond to feedback and iterate quickly

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio that shows clear visual thinking, layout skill and brand understanding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Ability to move from concept to finished design
• Understanding of typography, color, hierarchy and composition
• Experience producing assets for both digital and print
• Attention to detail and the ability to work within tight timelines
• Curiosity and a willingness to push creative boundaries
• Motion design or simple animation skills is a plus
• Experience in photography, illustration or environmental design is a plus
• Knowledge of Montana culture or outdoor recreation is a plus
