Position Overview

The Associate Graphic Designer supports the creative team through high‑quality design execution and production support. This role requires a sharp eye for aesthetics, awareness of current design trends, and excitement about translating product benefits into clear, inspiring visuals.

Location: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute layout adaptations, resizes, and production‑ready files across packaging and digital
  • Apply foundational styling, color, composition, and typography skills to elevate visual output
  • Support creation of mood boards, early concepts, and style explorations
  • Assist Designers and Senior Designers with asset creation for campaigns and product launches
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
  • Collaborate with the photo and video teams to maintain cohesive visual storytelling
  • Maintain organized design files, libraries, and templates
  • All other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Degree in graphic design or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years graphic design or production design experience (internships count)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong foundational skills in layout, styling, typography, and composition
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and design tools
  • Keen awareness of current design, social, and aesthetic trends
  • Detail‑focused and eager to learn production workflow and packaging fundamentals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Teamwork and adaptability in fast‑paced creative environment
  • Collaboration mindset with a desire to grow quickly in a creative environment
  • Demonstrated skills through a student or freelance portfolio is required

Work Environment

This position will perform most job duties in an office environment, where using a computer, software applications, telephone, printer, etc. are essential. All reasonable accommodation requests will be reviewed and evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
