Job Overview

The Territory Manager oversees a specific geographic area, marketing and selling the company’s products, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and its customers.

Responsibilities

  • New account setup and business development.
  • Manage customer base: accounts receivable, credit, new items & programs, profitability.
  • Train and assist customers on ordering procedures and policies.
  • Assist with merchandising, store sets, and planograms.
  • Coordinate transportation on route schedules.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of selling experience.
    • Good driving record.
    • Occasional overnight stay to service accounts.
    • Must live within the territory.

    Physical & Work Requirements

    • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
    • Must be able to perform reach, twist, and sitting tasks as required.
    • Some overnight travel within the territory is required.
