Job Description:

• The UI/UX Design Engineer is responsible for creating user-centered designs, translating business requirements into intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
• This role supports the full design lifecycle, provides mentorship when needed, and contributes to improving user engagement through analytics and performance insights.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with CMS platforms, version control, data visualization, and dashboarding.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

Experience:

• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with front-end frameworks.
• Experience with analytics implementation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and content stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
• Participate in team forums and provide regular updates on work progress.
• Own end-to-end design alignment and ensure seamless integration across functions.
• Provide leadership and support in content or requirement clarification.
• Create intuitive, responsive UI/UX designs aligned with project goals.
• Work closely with technical leaders to ensure feasibility of design solutions.
• Mentor junior team members when needed.
• Implement and maintain analytics tracking tools.
• Analyze metrics to inform UX improvements.
• Generate reports and insights to improve user engagement, retention, and performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions.

Should Have:

• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools.
• Strong front-end development skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualification And Education:
