Atlanta, GA Job Title: UI/UX Design Engineer Job Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Contract Job Description: The UI/UX Design Engineer is responsible for creating user-centered designs, translating business requirements into intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams. This role supports the full design lifecycle, provides mentorship when needed, and contributes to improving user engagement through analytics and performance insights. Requirement/Must Have: Experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. Experience with CMS platforms, version control, data visualization, and dashboarding. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Bachelor s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Experience: Experience in UI/UX design. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience with front-end frameworks. Experience with analytics implementation and reporting. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts and content stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs. Participate in team forums and provide regular updates on work progress. Own end-to-end design alignment and ensure seamless integration across functions. Provide leadership and support in content or requirement clarification. Create intuitive, responsive UI/UX designs aligned with project goals. Work closely with technical leaders to ensure feasibility of design solutions. Mentor junior team members when needed. Implement and maintain analytics tracking tools. Analyze metrics to inform UX improvements. Generate reports and insights to improve user engagement, retention, and performance. Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions. Should Have: Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices. Skills: Proficiency in design tools. Strong front-end development skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Qualification And Education: Bachelor s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
