The Performance Marketer will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns—primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Experience in the promotional products industry is a major bonus, as understanding buying cycles, product customization, and niche audience targeting will help supercharge results.

This is a role for someone who loves data, testing, and performance-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions (Search, Display, and remarketing).
  • Develop and maintain keyword strategies, bidding approaches, and audience targeting across Google Ads.
  • Craft high-performing ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and lead quality.
  • Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance metrics across all active campaigns.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and proper funnel tracking from ad to close.
  • Manage pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution across Meta, Google, and analytics platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to scale and expand across additional paid channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Stay up to date on Meta and Google Ads platform changes, algorithms, and performance best practices.
  • Contribute to content ideas, messaging angles, and brand-aligned creative concepts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion rates).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads account structure, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to interpret data and make analytical, ROI-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset for ad copy, visual direction, and testing ideas.
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Business Manager, and tracking tools (GA4, pixels, conversions).
  • Experience in the promotional products or branded merchandise industry is a huge bonus.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning full-funnel campaign cycles end-to- end.
