Zibby Media is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager: a full-time position, working primarily in the NYC office, reporting to Zibby Media’s Director of Consumer Marketing.
The ideal candidate is a college graduate with a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a digital marketing role who has demonstrated excellent communication, detail-orientation, organization, and interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive management of the Zibby Media website, including content updates and optimization of user experience.
- Creation and monitoring of email marketing flows across brand verticals.
- Development and management of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, including sales promotions, audience growth, and event attendance.
- Comprehensive analysis of e-commerce strategies, newsletter communications, and community engagement.
- Collaboration with the marketing department and third-party partners to generate cohesive strategies that drive discoverability and conversions of e-commerce initiatives.
- Development and execution of exciting and intentional content for Zibby Media social platforms.
- Special project work to support engagement of other brand verticals, including the On Being Jewish Now community, Zibby’s Bookshop, Totally Booked with Zibby podcast, and Zibby Media retreats and events.
Required general skills:
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms for print and digital products, particularly Amazon, Meta, Shopify, and Instagram shop
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google applications (Docs, Forms, etc.) and MS Office Suite (Excel / V Lookup, Word, PowerPoint); experience working in Canva and InDesign, a plus.
- Solid quantitative skills, reflected through accurate interpretation of data, creation of spreadsheets, and ability to communicate learnings to team members.
- Experience implementing digital advertising campaigns targeted to demographic-specific audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a team player, eager to provide support for multiple projects and for the company’s evolving priorities. Collaborate with others on a team that has a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset.
Hiring Salary: $65-75k
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position and will be determined by factors including but not limited to applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
