Job Overview The Marketing Execution Specialist is responsible for flawless end-to-end execution of all marketing activities across collateral updates, compliance workflows, digital marketing, and content activation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and hands‑on experience managing compliance review processes within asset management. The ideal candidate is an execution‑focused marketer with the ability to independently manage deadlines, coordinate between teams, and ensure all marketing materials are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities (~5 hours per week)

Own and execute updates to marketing collateral including:

Fact sheets

Pitchbooks

Seismic library

Repurchase calendar

Manage full compliance workflow: prepare materials, route for review, address comments, and secure approvals.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely publication across all deliverables.

Content Workflow & Compliance Support (~15 hours per week)

Prepare content for compliance submission across multiple formats such as:

Fact sheets & pitchbooks

Thought leadership & educational content

Video scripts, white papers

Track revisions, manage compliance comments, and drive assets to final approval.

Digital Marketing Execution & Activation (~15 hours per week)

Execute digital marketing activities across:

Website:

coordinate updates and new content postings with web team

Email:

create templates and work with email/CRM team to schedule sends

LinkedIn:

partner with social team to prepare and publish posts

Webinars:

schedule, set up logistics, coordinate prep calls, and manage compliance review for invites and materials

Support publishing of promotional content across all channels.

Manage end-to-end compliance workflows for all digital assets – submissions, revisions, and approvals.

Assist email, social media, and website teams in tracking engagement metrics and reporting campaign performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on marketing execution experience within

asset management .

Strong execution mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage workflows independently and deliver high‑quality, compliant content under tight timelines.

Experience coordinating compliance review processes for digital and print marketing assets.

Skilled in executing across email, website updates, LinkedIn/social media, and webinars.

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
