Marketing Execution Specialist (Contract for Hire)
Contract for Hire, office based 4 days a week.
Base Pay $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Collateral Updates
Drive timely updates and ensure accuracy across all marketing collateral, including fact sheets, pitchbooks, website/product pages, subscription and Seismic libraries, and the repurchase calendar.
Facilitate full compliance workflow: prepare materials, route for review, manage comments, and ensure final approvals.
Maintain accurate information, ensure timely delivery of all collateral, and ensure every deliverable meets regulatory requirements.
Content Workflow Support
Prepare content for compliance review and manage revisions through compliance approval, including fact sheets, pitchbooks, primers, commentaries, insights, thought leadership, educational content, video scripts, and white papers.
Digital Marketing & Activation
Execute digital marketing activities across website, email, LinkedIn, and webinars.
Coordinate with website team to make updates and post new content.
Create email templates and collaborate with email team to schedule emails.
Coordinate with social media team to execute LinkedIn posts.
Set up, logistics, schedule, and facilitate compliance review for webinar invites, follow‑up communications, presentations, and replays.
Support execution of all promotional content across all digital channels.
Facilitate end‑to‑end compliance review for all digital assets: prepare submissions, address comments, manage revisions, and obtain final approvals before publishing.
Work with email, social media, and website teams to track and report on engagement and campaign metrics.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
Must Have Skills
1+ years of experience executing marketing activities in alternative investments, asset management, and/or financial services.
Strong execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, manage workflows, and deliver high‑quality output on tight timelines.
Hands‑on experience with facilitating execution across content compliance review, emails, website, LinkedIn, webinars.
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
