What We Need We’re looking for a strategic and organized

Supervisor, Influencer Marketing

to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead day‑to‑day execution across multiple client influencer programs, from seeding to paid activations. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and staying ahead of influencer trends, tools, and platforms. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cultivating impactful influencer relationships that move the needle for brands.

Location Must live in the greater Los Angeles area with access to our office 2 days a week.

What You’ll Do

Lead influencer strategy and execution across beauty, lifestyle, and wellness clients, including seeding, paid campaigns, and tentpole activations

Manage influencer vetting, outreach, negotiation, and contracting in collaboration with internal teams

Develop strategic influencer briefs and ensure creative deliverables align with client goals and brand messaging

Maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agents, and influencer platforms

Oversee day‑to‑day client communications and reporting; ensure programs run on time, on budget, and above expectations

Monitor cultural trends, social moments, and talent movement to recommend timely influencer opportunities

Collaborate with PR and creative teams to ensure influencer and content strategies are integrated and cohesive

Analyze performance and prepare recap reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Support new business pitches by identifying influencer talent, crafting creative ideas, and contributing to proposal development

Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting growth and performance

What You’ll Bring

6‑8 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally within an agency setting

Proven success managing both large‑scale paid partnerships and organic seeding efforts

Strong client service background with experience owning relationships and leading calls

Excellent understanding of influencer marketing metrics, content strategy, and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Confident in using influencer tools/platforms such as Grin, Traackr, or CreatorIQ

Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills

Creative thinker and cultural sponge with a strong pulse on influencer trends

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self‑starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
