AdvoCare is looking for a creative, data-driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support and execute influencer partnerships that grow brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and drive measurable business results. In this role, you’ll identify and manage influencer relationships, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and collaborate closely across Marketing, Social, Creative, and Brand teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.

Build and maintain a scalable influencer program—including seeding, affiliate partnerships, paid collaborations, gifting/events, and ambassador initiatives.

Identify, vet, and onboard creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Negotiate deliverables, rates, usage rights, and timelines.

Partner with Marketplaces to drive shoppable videos on multiple platforms.

Campaign Management

Coordinate all aspects of influencer campaigns—from outreach and briefing to approvals, posting schedules, and reporting.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice, creative direction, and legal requirements (FTC compliance).

Manage product seeding and gifting logistics.

Relationship Management

Foster long-term relationships with influencers, agents, and creator partners.

Act as the day-to-day point of contact for creators during campaigns.

Support community engagement by interacting with creators and their followers as needed.

Ability to attend influencer events and grow AdvoCare relationships with influencers.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, EMV, and ROI.

Maintain organized reports and dashboards to communicate learnings to internal stakeholders.

Continuously optimize influencer strategies based on data insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Social, Creative, Paid Media, and Brand teams to integrate influencer content across channels.

Provide creative direction for influencer content aligned with campaign needs.

Qualifications

3-5 years of influencer marketing experience at a brand or agency.

Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and influencer marketing best practices.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Experience using influencer platforms/tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Traackr, CreatorIQ, Upfluence).

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.

Experience working in consumer goods industry, and or brand/influencer agency.

Knowledge of contract negotiation and influencer usage rights.

Understanding of paid amplification strategies for creator content (e.g., whitelisting, spark ads).

Comfortable on-camera or participating in creator-facing communications.
