Senior UX Product Designer – Arch Capital Group Ltd.
Enterprise Projects (EP) is a new and growing team within Arch’s Strategy and Innovation group that drives the future state design of strategically important underwriting and claims initiatives in line with Arch’s broader strategic imperatives. Our mission is to design modern user experiences to improve ease of doing business, productivity, and responsiveness to accelerate growth. The Senior UX Product Designer will support the creation of Arch’s most strategically important user experiences, working under EP leadership and collaborating with multiple business units and development teams.
Responsibilities
User research, testing and iteration.
Information architecture.
Wireframing and prototyping design solutions to solve business problems.
User flow creation.
Expand upon visual language and design system upkeep.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and development teams.
Skills & Experience – Required
Demonstrated competency in the responsibilities listed above, with extensive expertise in at least one subject.
Experience shipping quality software across web and mobile platforms.
Ability to frame strong rationales for design decisions that persuade peers and executives.
Desired Skills & Experience
Preferred 5‑10 years of relevant experience (research, design, etc.).
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Previous experience designing for Unqork or a similar low‑code front end.
Expectation to present a design portfolio.
Base Pay Range $140,000.00 / yr – $140,000.00 / yr
